I had the BEST experience with Rockvale puppies from Lancaster, start to finish! I reserved a puppy from the English Cream Golden Retriever litter back in February. Todd took his time thoroughly explaining the process & was communicative along the way. When the puppies were born, he sent weekly updates and pictures of the puppies.
